Beau’s Bluey-Themed Birthday

My wife knocked it out of the park with another themed birthday party for Beau. How could she top last year’s PJ Masks extravaganza? She went with the show that gives us some sanity between Beau’s steady television diet of “Peppa Pig” and “Spidey and his Amazing Friends.” Beau had a Bluey birthday!…

In order to make the birthday theme work, we needed the actual kid! Happy birthday, Beau.

Any themed birthday needs a banner that clearly communicates the theme. We took care of that…

Beau and his Bluey banner.

Although it wasn’t quite as big as the one that flew in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, we had the Bluey balloon (among others).

Bluey balloons.

Bluey episodes looped throughout the party…

We streamed Bluey throughout the party.

Plates and silverware were either Bluey-branded or Bluey-colored…

Because Sunny Delight just tastes better out of a Bluey cup.

And what is a Bluey-themed birthday party without a Bluey cake? Thanks to Walmart for doing such a beautiful job…

The cake was baked and decorated by Walmart.

The theme was embraced by everyone. Beau and Sloan dressed in blue for Bluey, I dressed in blue for Bandit, and Sid dressed in orange (well, close enough 😂) for Chilli…

We all dressed accordingly for a Bluey party.

Thanks to Beau’s grandparents, Aunt Miranda, Uncle Jay, and cousins for coming over and celebrating with us. Most importantly, thanks to Sidney for organizing such a fun birthday party! Don’t Blink.
